This real-time online water cut meter (ultra-low water cut meter) product adopts the unique microwave resonant cavity measurement technology to measure the ultra-low water (0-3%) of crude oil after the electric dehydration process flow of the gathering and transmission station in real time, meeting the technical requirements for real-time measurement of oilfield plant level oil production export. Real time online water cut meter (ultra-low water cut meter) adopts unique water content model building method and temperature compensation function to measure oil products with water content in the range of 0~3%, with high measurement accuracy and strong stability.

The measuring chamber includes the instrument chamber and the oil-water mixture flowing through the chamber. Under the fixed cavity structure, each water content has a fixed resonant frequency point of electromagnetic field (resonant frequency point). Through the principle of multi frequency point microwave scanning – detecting resonant frequency point – reverse calculation of water content, the water content in crude oil can be detected with high accuracy.
